Uhuru, Raila wish KCPE candidates best of luck in their exams

President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition chief Raila Odinga have wished all candidates the best of luck in their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams that kicked off this morning.
Uhuru urged the candidates to be honest during the exam period, and resist the temptation of engaging in exam malpractices.
On his part, Raila said he wishes the candidates best of luck as they look forward to achieving the desires of their hearts.
“Our children are our greatest resource, our greatest asset and the hope for our collective future as a nation. I wish them the best as they begin sitting KCPE. I urge them to embrace honour and integrity during the exams and on wards throughout life,” he said.
Over 70,000 security officers have already been deployed across the nation to ensure the exercise runs smoothly.
