Teacher caught with Form Three student in Narok lodging

Handcuffed Prisoner

Police in Narok County have arrested a secondary school teacher and his student after being caught in a lodging.
Area Chief Richard Bett said the Simotwet Secondary School teacher and the Form Three student were caught at a lodging in Transmara East on Saturday at 2pm and are being held at Emmurua Dikirr Police Station.
According to Bett, Nathan Kosgei was busted by members of the public who reported the matter after the 17-year-old student was spotted at the room that had been booked by the teacher.
“I was informed by curious members of the public after the girl was seen at a lodging with the teacher,” said Bett.
He said he alerted the police who came in and found the two in the lodging room.
“Police forced their way inside the room and arrested the duo after which they were taken to the Transmara West sub-county hospital for medical checkup.”
