The newspaper claimed the DP said the document was being used as a political tool in readiness for the 2022 general election.
“Kenyans are not fools to just accept conmanship hidden in BBI which they are using as a political tool for 2022… You cannot hide violence behind the BBI or handshake. Violence is violence,” DP Ruto HAD SAID quoted by the paper.
Ruto allegedly made the remarks at the Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi County, during a thanksgiving ceremony for Jubilee candidate in the Kibra by-election McDonald Mariga.
The much-awaited report will be handed over to the President and ODM leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday by Garrisa Senator Yusuf Haji, who is the chairperson of BBI National Unity Advisory Taskforce.
