Detectives from the DCI have arrested Abubakar Mansur Mohamed who is wanted in the United States for ivory related offenses.
Mohamed who is believed to have been on the run arrived in Mombasa aboard a chartered flight from Yemen on Wednesday.
He has been placed under lawful custody awaiting further processing.
